What's getting in your way probably isn't what you think.

I work with founders and exec leaders who need to think more clearly, and with teams who need to operate better together.

Exec Coaching

What I do

Bringing together three things most people separate.

Challenges with execs don't sit neatly in one box. They're personal and organisational. Individual and collective. And often about both energy and process. Most people who work in this space operate in one of these areas, but I work across all three. That changes what I'm able to see, and what I'm willing to name, regardless of which one you come to me for.

For individual leaders

Exec Coaching

One-to-one coaching for founders and exec leaders carrying real responsibility. We work at the level of energy, decision-making, and the patterns that keep producing the same outcomes.

I'll be your trusted thinking partner who will pressure-test your thinking.

For growing teams

LEGO® Serious Play® Labs

LEGO® Serious Play® sessions for teams navigating complexity, misalignment, or creative blocks. Every voice in the room carries equal weight regardless of seniority.

The thinking that emerges is unlike anything most teams produce together in a standard meeting.

For senior leadership teams

Leadership Workshops

For senior leadership teams where something is getting lost between the people: in how decisions land, who speaks and who doesn't, what gets said in the room versus after it.

Facilitated by two senior coaches ready to hold an honest mirror up to what's actually happening.

About me

I became a coach because I kept watching the same avoidable problems repeat themselves.

I have spent two decades operating within startups, scaleups, and global organisations: leading delivery, shaping strategy, and navigating the realities that follow leaders, regardless of how good they are on paper. I also founded, built, and exited my own business. That experience all shapes what I notice in a conversation and what I'm willing to name.

The difference was always self-awareness. The leaders who understood how they showed up changed everything around them. The ones who didn't had a much harder time getting where they wanted to go.
