LEGO® Serious Play® is a rigorous facilitation methodology used by leadership teams globally to work through complexity, surface what ordinary meetings don't, and reach the kind of shared understanding that actually has an impact.
When people build with their hands, they think differently. Perspectives emerge that would never survive a standard meeting. Two calls before the day ensure everything is built around what matters most. With every lab being facilitated by Chris, an ICF PCC-accredited coach whose expertise is human and contextual. Sessions run as a focused half-day or a full day.
