About me
I’ve spent over 18 years leading teams, shaping strategy, and delivering complex work inside fast-moving startups,focusiing on continuous improvement, scaling businesses (including my own), and global tech organisations. I know what it’s like to make tough calls, manage competing pressures, and lead through uncertainty—because I’ve done it.
Internationally recognised, ICF-accredited programme, and hold certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). I’m also an ICF ACC credential-holder.
