With so many new staff joining, and teams spread out across the UK, we needed something that would help people connect quickly, feel part of a team, and start the year on the same page.
The sessions were really engaging. Everyone was involved from the start, and the LEGO Serious Play approach gave people a different way of sharing their strengths and ideas.
