Every insight/strategy I have gained from Chris has been extremely impactful on my journey as a director and a leader. However, the most impactful ones have been the decision process behind delegating, how to have difficult conversations with colleagues (subordinates and equals) especially those centred around performance and how to deliver training/tasks to my team in a time efficient way whilst still having an impact (weekly retrospectives). Over the sessions Chris has helped my confidence as a leader grow and continue to grow as I successfully implemented and used the insights/strategies given. Chris' knowledge in leadership and business is excellent and can benefit those new in the leadership/director arena or those who have lost their way.
