I've operated inside startups, scaleups and global organisations leading delivery, navigating change and working through the realities leaders face when the pressure is sustained and the answers aren't clean. I also have first hand experience of founding a business, builiding the business and exiting after achieving significant milestones.

That shapes what I notice in a conversation and it changes what I'm willing call out.

I'm not here to validate your thinking. I'm here to pressure-test it which sometimes means slowing you down, questioning the framing or saying the thing that hasn't been said yet.

Most people around you have a stake in what you decide so working with someone who doesn't changes the ability to see it differently, which in turn changes your energy, honestly and what you get out of the conversation.
