You’ll start with an Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment and a 90-minute debrief.


It gives you insight into how your energy shows up under pressure—and where to shift it.

Step 2: Co-Created Coaching Plan

Together, we design your focus areas based on what matters most right now: Big decisions you need to make Leadership habits you want to shift Personal challenges or transitions you’re facing No templates. Just a focused, realistic plan based on you.

Step 3:
High-Impact Coaching Sessions

Each session is 50–60 minutes and fully tailored. You’ll get: Space to think, reframe, and act Coaching tools + proven frameworks when helpful LEGO® Serious Play® or Hands-On Thinking (if your brain is wired that way) Real-time problem-solving and reflection Sessions can be in-person (Central London) or remote.

Step 4: Accountability + Ongoing Check-ins
